David Bickerstaff is an artist and award-winning filmmaker. He has been collaborating with producer Phil Grabsky at the innovative EXHIBITION ON SCREEN, directing, filming and co-writing ten feature-length art documentaries distributed to 63 countries and shown in over 1500 cinemas worldwide. Titles include Sunflowers, Lucian Freud: A Self Portrait, Van Gogh & Japan, Degas: A Passion for Perfection, Michelangelo: Love and Death, Canaletto & The Art of Venice, along with other films about artists such as Claude Monet, Hieronymus Bosch and Francisco Goya.
David Bickerstaff est un artiste et un cinéaste primé. Il a collaboré avec le producteur Phil Grabsky dans le cadre novateur de EXHIBITION ON SCREEN. Il a réalisé, filmé et coécrit dix longs métrages documentaires sur l’art, distribués dans 63 pays et projetés dans plus de 1500 cinémas dans le monde. Parmi les titres figurent Sunflowers, Lucian Freud : A Self Portrait, Van Gogh & Japan, Degas : Passion for Perfection, Michelangelo : Love and Death, Canaletto & The Art of Venice, ainsi que d’autres films sur des artistes tels que Claude Monet, Hieronymus Bosch et Francisco Goya.

Alice Mogabgab has been the artistic director of the Beirut Art Film Festival since 2015. After studying art history at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, she returned to Lebanon in 1991 where she offered introductory courses in the history of art at the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA). In 1994, she opened her contemporary art gallery in Beirut and became passionate about the artists of today. In 2018, she inaugurated a second space in Brussels.
Alice Mogabgab est, depuis 2015, la directrice artistique du Beirut Art Film Festival. Après des études en histoire de l’art à Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, elle rentre au Liban en 1991 où elle propose des cours d’initiation à l’histoire de l’art à l’Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA). En 1994, elle ouvre sa galerie d’art contemporain à Beyrouth et se passionne pour les artistes d’aujourd’hui. En 2018, elle inaugure un second espace à Bruxelles.
أليس مغبغب هي منذ عام ٢٠١٥ المديرة الفنّية لمهرجان بيروت للأفلام الفنّية الوثائقية. بعد دراستها تاريخ الفنّ في جامعة باريس ١ بانتيون – سوربون، عادت إلى لبنان في عام ١٩٩١ وبدأت تعطي دروسًا تمهيدية عن تاريخ الفنّ، في الأكاديمية اللبنانية للفنون الجميلة (ALBA). في عام ١٩٩٤، افتتحت كاليري عن الفنّ المعاصر في بيروت، وبدأ شغفها بالفنّانين المعاصرين. في عام ٢٠١٨، افتتحت حيّزًا آخر لها في الخارج، بروكسيل (بلجيكا).
